This 50-minute session connects trauma-informed care with restorative practices, helping staff see how a trauma-informed lens can shift approaches to student discipline. Participants will learn the Social Discipline Window, with an emphasis on working with students rather than doing things to them, and will leave with 2-3 practical restorative tools — such as affective statements and restorative questions — you can use immediately.
